My sister and I are getting ready to do our annual vacation. We are going on the road this time. My plan is for us to visit Nashville, Atlanta and Savannah. Neither of us have spent any real time in these cities.
So I'm open to any suggestions you folks might have. I can plan this on my own.. but was hoping for some input from the peanut gallery. :) Thank you

I haven't been to Nashville since '96 but found it a very friendly and safe city at the time. We stayed downtown near the Capital building and went for a midnight stroll without fear (remember, this was 10 years ago). Of course I have to suggest the Country Music Hall of Fame.
I didn't care for Atlanta, w/ the exception of the Coke museum (which was great).
Nothing wrong with it, just didn't 'dig' it.
Never been to Savannah.

We've went to Nashville for Thanksgiving 3 yrs. ago. The best place we went to was the Grand Ole Opry but we got to go to the old Rimen (sp?) auditorium where the Opry used to be yrs. ago. I have cousins in Atlanta but have never really visited anything there. Never been to Savannah but would love to go.
