Sleeping Better

I'm happy to report that I've had two decent nights of sleep.  I've been slowly getting back into my walking/exercise routine this week and I think that is helping with the sleep. 

No need to resort to sleep aids this time, but I do thank everyone for their suggestions and I will keep them in mind for the future.

I bet you feel like a new woman.  Finally sleeping well after tossing and turning for days feels sooooooooooooo wonderful.  Good for you.

Good for you!  I don't like to take pills unless I absolutely have to.  I noticed someone suggested Tylenol PM which has Tylenol for pain and Benadryl in it.  Unless I had pain, I would just stick to the Benedryl if I had to use it.  No use in damaging my liver to unless I'm having pain.  Exercise is a wonderful sleep aid!
