Six days and counting

Woke up this morning and almost immediately got my workout done (I had to pause long enough to call the clinic and make Paul an appointment for today).  So I am successfully 6 for 6 at this point.

I have not been doing much in the way of food control, but that is about to change for the next week.

I'm getting all caught up for this week! It is so awesome that you have been exercising 6 days in a row.....good for you!! I bet if feels so good to set a goal like that and then carry through with it......I'm so proud of you :)

Great job on the work out girl you need to get on plan with the food though unfortnately they go hand in hand I hope Paul has a good dr appt ...... I wish I could workout as soon as I get up but I am a slow waker lol have a good day
